NOTE: The return policy does not apply for commercial purchases. This means you can only return an item by special agreement. Please contact us about this.
Unfortunately, you cannot create a return case for this purchase, as the 14 days of the 14-day return policy, you have as a consumer, have passed. Instead you can create a complaint case on this link and in the fault description, state that you want the amount refunded, if possible.
The case is now created in our system and when our service department has approved the case, you will receive an email with a case number (RMA number).
Please do not send the item to us until you have received the case number.
