As a consumer, you always have a 14 day return policy when you shop at www.computersalg.dk
The return policy runs from the day you received your item until the day it is sent or returned.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we also offer a 90-day right of return on unopened products (consumer purchases only ), ie. if the product has a seal it cannot be broken and if the product has an expiry date it must not be exceeded.
We must please ask to have the item returned within 14 days after you notified us about the canceled purchase.
NOTE: the return policy does not apply to business purchases.
