How does the deep fryer work?

The deep fryer is the hot air at a high temperature, up to 200 °, which circulates at maximum speed and 360 ° inside the cooking chamber, guaranteeing an even distribution of the heat inside it. It is precisely the hot air that allows a homogeneous preparation of the dishes and the formation of a crispy crust on the outside, which has nothing to envy to traditional frying.
