How to useStarting from the inner corner of the upper eyelid, follow the natural lash line. If you are looking for a shaded effect use either the smudger on the other end of the pencil, or the Eye Blending Brush, by Pupa. Do the same on the lower eyelid.The shading works as a base for the eyeshadow: it helps increase its hold and allows a homogeneous application. The pencil can be applied on the waterline, as well, for an intense kajal effect.
