Thanks to the integrated KIS technology, you will not have to worry about sharpening your knives. Each time you pull a knife out of the block, it is automatically sharpened. The secret: in the slots for the knives, there are two ceramic grindstones. Each compartment is designed for a specific blade size, which means each blade is sharpened at the ideal angle and thus maintains its edge retention and quality in the long term.
