Maranello Super X Ultra strong snow socks - XL
Super X Ultra snow socks from Maranello are a non-slip sock to mount on your car tyres when driving on ice and snow. The snow socks can be used for passenger cars, SUVs, 4X4s, motorhomes, vans and electric cars.
The socks have a high resistance structure with 3D fabric that guarantees excellent traction and grip. This snow sock is very strong as it is spun together with 1200 fibre threads that allow it to withstand driving up to more than 120 km on snowy roads. They are designed for driving on mixed roads between ice and snow. Recommended maximum speed during use: 40km/h.
The Super X series is EN 16662-1 homologated, which means they are equivalent to an iron/steel snow chain. Approved for use throughout Europe.
These snow socks install in two minutes and are much easier and faster to install than snow chains. They are self-centring and do not damage tyres or rims. They also produce none of the vibrations that are typical when driving with snow chains.
Super X Ultra snow socks are particularly suitable for lowered cars with a short distance between the tyres and fender box, which normally cannot have snow chains fitted. If the socks get dirty, they can be hand washed at 30 degrees.
The set includes two snow socks and a pair of gloves, packed in a smart and practical storage bag.
